I collaborated with a team of psychologists to re-design assessment tests for clients with diverse age groups and educational backgrounds.
I developed an interest in working directly with clients to enhance the test design for better results by participating in group therapy sessions as a co-facilitator.
This shift enabled me to gain better access to information, create comprehensive case reports for clients, and enhance my ability to classify and design treatments and methods of communication.
I also learned how to apply psychological theories and principles to real-world situations, how to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and how to handle ethical and professional issues in psychological practice.

The objective of this project was to train and assess field medics and to transform the conventional paper-based assessment system into an online platform that can collect and manage training modules, as well as track the progress and performance of the trainees.
The online platform also enabled the reflection of the training outcomes in the employee performance files, which could be used for evaluation and feedback purposes. The project involved designing, developing, testing, and implementing the online package, as well as conducting training sessions for the field medics and the trainers.
The project also involved monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the online package, as well as identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arose during the project implementation.
The designed package was recognized as an innovative solution that was shared in regional meetings as part of good practice for the new business environments.
The project demonstrated the potential of using online platforms to enhance the quality and accessibility of training and assessment for field medics, as well as to improve the management and utilization of training data and employee performance files.
